We understand that starting a company can be overwhelming. Our mission is to take away the intimidation and the basic operational tasks that come with starting a company, so that entrepreneurs are able to concentrate on their idea or product.
Our general legal work includes all registration documentation and connecting founders with the best sources of capital -- whether it is SBA loans, seed funding, angel investing, crowd-source funding, or venture capital.
